Introducing Two New Programs!
The "Super" Program - 2 hours/month every month.
One comment we’ve often heard over the past five years is that
we remind customers of the "super" they once had. Since we know
there is always something to be done around the house, beginning this year we are
offering, in addition to our maintenance plans, our "Super Program."
The "Super Program" includes a monthly 2 hour visit
to do whatever you’d want a "super" to do for only $160 per visit.
You may already have someone who cleans your house and a landscaper to maintain
your grounds, now you can have a Home Services Shop technician come by regularly
to do everything else. Call today to ask more about this "super" program!**
The visits included in the “Super” program must
be paid for ahead of time and must be a commitment of one visit a month, each
month for twelve consecutive months. $160 excludes cost of tax and materials and
any labor performed after the initial two hour visit. Visits cannot be rolled
over from one month to the next. Program cannot be combined with any other
offer.
Stay @ Home Services
Run by a Physical Therapist to Provide Evaluation Services and
Home Modifications to Homeowners Who are Elderly as well as for People Who are
Returning Home After Injury Rehabilitation or Surgery. Physical Therapist, Herb
Doerr, joins Home Services Shop to bring his 25+ years in physical therapy to
apply his knowledge of necessary modifications and/or installation of equipment
those who want to stay or return to their homes.
Mr. Doerr will provide recommendations for necessary adjustments
to the home, which will allow people to comfortably stay longer in their homes
as they grow older or return confidently from the hospital or rehab center. Once
necessary adjustments are identified, the Home Services Shop will complete the
work.
Mr. Doerr will work with all medical personnel to implement
necessary improvements. He has a lifelong interest in home improvement and has
seen, first hand, the need for a reliable company to provide these improvements
and enhancements to allow people to stay in their home.
One group this service is expected to be especially helpful to
are the children of aging parents who want to help their parents stay in their
home, but don’t have the necessary expertise nor necessary time to help them
