One Time Review of Entire Home

  • Gather basic information
  • Review home

Every Visit

  • First Visit
    Check to make sure nothing was left open, out or on; such as
    exterior doors, food, or iron.
  • Flush the toilets
  • Run each faucet
  • Check the temperature
  • Check the pilot lights (stove and furnace)
  • Insure exterior security lights working
  • Check interior lights left on (on timer or otherwise)
  • Start the cars
  • General review of each room
  • Pick-up any newspapers, “junk mail” left in the driveway
  • Survey exterior of home
  • Check the gutters for ice dams

Customized Requests:
(i.e. Water plants, shovel snow, rearrange the cars, feed fish)

Pricing:

One time set-up Fee: $95.00
Each visit: $80.00
Additional Requirements/visit:  $40.00/each half hour
Package of 5 visits and get the 6th Free!  $400.00
Coordination Fee for other Service Providers  20% on top of actual Bill

Frequency:

  • Weekly, unless otherwise stated
  • Only on week days, unless with prior agreement

Who Makes The Visits:

  • Regular visits will be made by a company manager (Sales, Operations or Owner)
     
  • Only Home Services Shop employees will perform any requested, additional work. All Home Services Shop employees are thoroughly investigated; subject to background checks and both pre-employment and random drug testing.

Agreement:

The customer acknowledges that The Home Services Shop employees shall make visits and inspections during customer’s absence as agreed between the parties. Customer agrees to remove and place in a secure location all cash, coins, stamps, jewelry and the like. The Home Services Shop, LLC warrants only that any problems or defects discovered during those scheduled visits will be addressed to the best of the ability of Home Services Shop, LLC as agreed herein. It is understood that incidents and/or problems may occur prior to or subsequent to the scheduled visits, and Home Services Shop, LLC does not and cannot warrant that no such problems shall occur. Liability of Home Services Shop is accordingly limited to damages caused by the actual negligence of The Home Services Shop employees.
